This morning at MSHS, our own Cindy Brumfield, who among many amazing things oversees and operates Mom's Pantry, was deservedly honored with a United Way COVID 19 Difference Makers Award!!
Cindy has made a difference in the lives of many of us for many years-but in particular since opening Mom's Pantry, and even moreso during the pandemic. She's gotten food and clothing to our families, gotten Christmas gifts under trees, made masks for the community and made the lives of so many people BETTER--she's made a difference.
Congratulations Cindy!!
Watch for coverage of the ceremony on WCIA. This is a picture of Cindy with Sue Grey, CEO of United Way of Champaign County.

Congratulations to Lori Rogers, EOP at Lincoln Trail, and Nita Bachman, District Nurse--they are the February winners of the Country Financial Mahomet-Seymour District #3 Staff Member of the Month Award! Such deserving recipients as they both selflessly serve our school district, students, staff and families. Thank you Country Financial and Kolby Jackson for sponsoring this award!

Bulldog Voices is an incredible group of MSHS students, supported by staff, who gather to share perspectives, experiences and idea about diversity, equity and inclusion at our high school. I was honored to sit in their meeting this week and listen to the incredible thoughts and insights of our amazing students. Thank you!!
